Studio MAB

100 W Main Street, Middletown, Maryland

I now have my own photo studio, located in the Frederick County, Maryland area which I am happy to offer as a rental to other creatives. The studio boasts gorgeous natural light, hardwood floors, a Persian rug (that can be rolled up when using backdrops) and beautiful props. This private studio is about 340 square feet.

Equipment in studio:

  • A beige raw canvas backdrop

  • Black velvet backdrop

  • White seamless backdrop, 104” (says 108” but it is definitely not). $10 additional fee to pull seamless on the floor.

  • Grey seamless backdrop, 53”, $10 additional fee to pull this backdrop onto the floor.

  • All furniture and staging props

  • Two V-Flat World v-flats

  • Two Genaray SSL-36 Soft Strip Daylight LED Lights (4 x 36")

  • Two Light Stands

  • Sandbags

  • Two Elincrhrom Strobes with a trigger and for modifiers: 48” Octobox, 48” Umbrella, 27” beauty dish, and a small reflector are all available as modifiers. There is an additional fee of $25.00 to use the Elinchrom Strobes.

Furniture/Props currently in studio:

  • Chaise Lounge

  • Large mirror

  • Green plant, fake but looks very realistic

  • Vintage wooden chair

  • Wooden bench

  • 6 foot wooden ladder

  • Ottoman pouf

 Pricing is as follows:

  • $40.00 per hour

  • $140.00 Half Day (four hours)

  • $240.00 to book the studio for the entire day, up to 10 hours.

Payment must be in full when blocking off the studio time to confirm your booking on the calendar. Payment is non-refundable, however payment can be used for a reschedule as long as you reschedule within no less than 12 hours prior to your booking time.

No glitter, body paints, food for the photoshoot (like a cake for a cake smash) or other liquid materials are allowed in the studio without prior approval.

Open flame is not permitted.

No pets allowed in studio without prior approval.

I (studio owner) will be in the building but not the studio room during booking.

Filming and/or photographing pornographic content is NOT permitted at Studio MAB.

Parking: on street is free and a two hour max Monday-Friday. For longer bookings, there is a municipal parking lot next to the studio you are welcome to park at for 2+ hours.
