In stark contrast to the hedonistic energy of the the Las Vegas Strip, the Nevada desert offers a quiet, majestic, and peaceful landscape. Our locations showcase the beauty of the desert with limitless photographic potential such as the bold, rusty orange and red hues of Red Rocks against brilliant blue skies, and the vast, flat, dry lake bed location surrounded by the scenic desert mountain landscape, and more. The Nevada desert truly offers an inspiring and fulfilling opportunity to create beautiful photography. We will shoot concepts ranging from fashion up to fine art figure photography.

Details on the two day shoot:
We will be adventuring through the Nevada desert on the 16th and 17th of April for two full days and exploring four locations in total. We all meet at an agreed upon location near Las Vegas at 10 am then carpool together to the locations, heading back after sunset to the Las Vegas area. We break for lunch during the mid-day to relax and discuss the plans for the rest of the day.
What is included:
Two full 8-hour days of shooting (this includes driving to the locations)
Two experienced models
A fire performing photography segment for an hour after sunset
Lunch for both days
Transportation to the locations, however you are welcome to provide your own
Hair, makeup, and wardrobe provided by models
What the cost does not include:
Airfare/transportation to the Las Vegas area
Camera Equipment- you must provide your own camera and lenses. If you’d like to bring your own lights, you are welcome to do so as long as it does not disrupt the flow of the event.
Breakfast and dinner are not included in the cost. Please plan snacks accordingly and bring a lot of water (we will also have plenty of water and electrolytes, as well as a first aid kit available). The desert dehydrates quickly, even during milder temperatures.
These locations will include a fair amount of beginner level hiking. Some climbing on and under rocks. We will be hiking about 10 minutes away from vehicles to one of the locations.

Cost:
$1295.00. You can pay via Venmo, Zelle, Check or money order. A $600 deposit is required to hold your spot to the event. Also required, if you are a new-to-me photographer to secure your attendance is sending your portfolio or Instagram handle for vetting. The remaining balance will be due by December 2024. Only four photographer spots total for a maximum ratio of 2/1 photographer/model. Your deposit is refundable only if we are able to fill your spot to the event or the event cancels.
Upon purchasing, you will be added to a private group on Facebook where we will discuss more logistical concerns and exchange ideas for the shoots. This will give you a chance to ask the models questions before hand and also meet the other photographers. Often times what we end up doing is getting an Airbnb home together close to the Las Vegas airport so we all can leave from the same meeting spot every morning, and the large house in the Las Vegas are doubles as a lovely shooting space if people would like to shoot on the days outside of our group adventure.
