Marketing, Branding, and Pricing Photography Workshop with Luxury Photographer Lindsay Walden
Hello Photographers! I am so excited to announce a collaboration between Events with Dakota and highly successful luxury market photographer Lindsay Walden! Lindsay has agreed to teach at this highly informative workshop for photographers looking to learn more about the business side of their photography.
I often see photographers struggling with how to market themselves, how to generate leads as a photographer, and how to price themselves in a way that is not only sustainable for their business, but elevates them into the luxury market. This workshop will not focus on the business of working in the commodity market (i.e. mini sessions, lower prices, and high-volume workflow). Although Lindsay specializes in the Maternity and Newborn genres of photography, she will be catering this workshop to apply to all photographers wanting to elevate their business.
In this four-hour live Zoom class we will learn about:
-Understanding the difference between the luxury vs commodity market and how these clients behave.
-Identifying who your ideal client is.
-Creating a brand that speaks to the luxury client.
-Marketing to the luxury client which includes a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan using a variety of methods
-How to design an experience that will attract the luxury client.
-The importance of pricing in attracting luxury clients.
-and much more!
There will be plenty of time for each attendee to ask Lindsay questions during the workshop which creates a personalized and meaningful experience for everyone. This class also includes a cost of doing business spreadsheet.
The goal of this Photo Workshop is that each attendee leaves with a better idea of how to elevate the business side of their photography business so that we can all thrive as artists!
When: March 29th, 2025 from 12:00-4:00 pm Eastern Time
Where: As this class is exclusively focused on the business of photography, it will be held on Zoom and thus available to photographers from all different areas of the world. If you do not have Zoom, please install it on your computer, tablet, or phone prior to the class.
Cost: $295.00 for the four-hour class. We will be keeping class attendance small to ensure everyone has their questions answered and gets a quality experience learning from an incredibly talented and successful photographer.
